If you decide to return or exchange an online purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Repackage the merchandise and return (at your expense) via ground service of your choice to the address below. Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Please include the following information with your package: your name, order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a full refund. To receive a refund, merchandise must be in as-new condition. All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Shoes may be exchanged or returned if they are in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on shoes for the first time, and until you are sure the shoes fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.

Gift cards have no cash value. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt in order to return or exchange.
